I suggest that George Ann Pulteney remained captain of Sylph until 4 Feb 1781 when he took command of Prince Edward captured the day before, I wonder if he was then sent home with dispatches about the capture of the Island of St Eustatias as he seems to have been favoured by Ad Rodney
