Hon. Henry St.John born 1st June 1740 Melchbourne, Bedfordshire, England; died 17 April 1780 Guardeloupe I have conducted considerable research into his life and family. Henry at the time of his death was Captain of the "Intrepid" a 74 gun ship with 500 men on board.
