John Quallett and W. Rann, Shipbuilders, Rotherhithe. Have surveyed the Speedwell, rebuilding at Limehouse , called in Fisher Harding, the Master Shipwright from Deptford, to inspect her, and the Tyger, which Mr. Wells is rebuilding, which had several defective timbers.
