I have the honor to inform you that I this morning took possession of the New Diep, with the ships and vessels undermentioned, and also of the Naval Arsenal containing 95 Pieces of Ordnance. A Copy of the Naval Siores I will transmit you as soon as it can be made but I have the Honor, &c.
