Battle of Ebeltoft

Previous action : Battle of Sound 29.10.1658

The battle was part of Charles X's other Danish war. The Danish / Dutch ships were escorting troop transports to the then Swedish controlled Funen. The Danish / Dutch ships were completely surprised when the Swedes attacked, and after the battle had a Dutch ship exploded and all the other four ships had been taken by the Swedes who emerged victorious from the battle.
