28 Apr 1795 Captain Anthony James Pye Malloy court-martialled aboard Glory at Portsmouth and found guilty of failing to cross the French line on 1st June 1794 resulting in no further service, R-Admiral Sir Roger Curtis [Fleet captain during the battle] speaking for the prosecution. Death 25 July 1814. :ref Wiki
