The court found Captain Aston guilty and dismissed him from the command of the Penzance.
Also Charles Reileigh of the Swiftsure was accused, with Moses Sunbury and Thomas Rumsey, of rape by Anne Hamlet of Ryde, Isle of Wight. In court she declared the information was false. The men were acquitted.||ADM 106|
