4.1756 Lieutenant Puddicombe has asked to be paid for the time be belonged to the Dispatch in 1755 although he never boarded her. Lieutenant Samuel McKenly was borne as Lieutenant during that time and was discharged by ticket. Mr Puddicombe followed the sloop from port to port by order and opine he should have an allowance by bill equal to the pay of LieutenantADM354
