Jacob Willemszoon Broeder was born in 1635 in Edam
He was baptized 28-03-1635
as the son of Willem Janszoon Broeder & Jacobgen Jacobsdochter
Willem Jacobszoon was a ferryman between Amsterdam and Hoorn.
Jacob Willemszoon become a captain on 03-10-1661
He was killed on 15-11-1692 and burried 26-11-1692 in the church of Edam

Jacob Willemsz Broeder died by a bullet on the 15.11.1692 on his ship Grijpskerk. His luitenant Willinck took the ship over and sailed to safety.

He is mentioned in the DTB as baptised 28-03-1635 Edam.
His parents were born en died in Edam.
Could you please write me why you have Gouda as birtplace?
