Hello,
My 6th great Grandfather was a "boatbuilder" and "Shipwright" and his marriage certificate (1747) tells me he was "of HMS Wager". I'm clearly hoping he was the warrant officer "Ship's Carpenter". I know the Wager was built in 1744 by John Quallett. I'd be interested if anyone could tell me anything more of John Quallett or the exact whereabouts of his business. Many thanks

Matt
