"He was not entitled to a pension, unless it was considered two years later that he was not included in the organization of December 9, 1815 and that he had been granted the proportional pension provided for in this case, since he had the minimum of ten years of service.
This pension is very low, since he had not passed the last rank of the corps.
The hypothesis is plausible if contact was lost during the year 1815.
