1793, PORT NEWS: Portsmouth, March 11 - The Spitfire sloop, Capt. Durham, and Echo, the Hon. Capt. Jones with the additional officers and seamen, are gone to man the gun-boats in Holland, of which Capt. Durham is appointed Commadore.
