Among a list of prisoners taken by the Americans April 4 1778.
Hugh Congelton acting 3rd Lt of the Roebuck and John Fowler sailor. Captured when a tender to the Roebuck ran ashore at Cape Henlopen with a crew of 21 men on 22 Mar 1778
