Augustus Leveson-Gower was born 21 June 1781. The dated references made to Flamborough, Valiant and 1st Battle of Ushant, are thus incorrect. His father, Admiral the Hon. John Leveson-Gower (1740-1792), id=1338, was at 1st Battle of Ushant, I believe on the Valiant.
