Born 1650.
Nephew of Sir Richard Haddock, Great-grandson of William Goodlad, Chief commander of the Greenland Fleet. Thus also a first cousin of Nicholas Haddock, Admiral of the blue.
Married 1670 at Bishopsgate to Priscilla Martin
Their daughter, Elizabeth, married John Godsalve in 1709 and a son was Rear Adm. Henry Godsalve.
