Description:    Philip Stephens. Mary Haven has requested payment of a shilling a day during the time her late husband, Lieutenant Arthur Haven commanded the Princess Carolina Hospital ship. Opine as she has already been paid 4s. a day, the allowance for all other Lieutenants who commanded the ship, no further allowance can be made. The case she mentioned of Lieutenant Fraser receiving an extra shilling was due to his commanding two hospital ships, the Rupert and Ruby
