Resolved, &c. That the Ship Cæsar, whereof Captain [Vincent Harris] is Master, shall be discharged from any further Restraint, and proceed in a Merchant, upon Security given to the Committee for the Navy.

Ordered, That the Ship Cæsar, whereof Mr. Harris is Master, shall be forthwith stayed and employed in the Service of this Kingdom: And that it be referred to the Committee of the Navy, for Employing of her accordingly.

Ordered, That the Fifty-seven Barrels of Powder seized in Mr. Pampion's Warehouse, by Hamphry Bury, and carried to Guildhall, belonging to Captain Jordain, Captain of the Ship Cæsar, in the Parliament Service, be forthwith delivered unto the said Captain Jordain.
