Captain William Beawes, Berkeley Castle, Longreach. The Clerk of the Cheque at Woolwich attended on board in order to turn over the Seamen to the Burlington and asked for the books to be made up to that time. As the ship is being discharged, asks for the books to be made up for the full time, which will be for a few days more.
ADM 106Captain William Beawes, the hired ship Berkeley Castle, Woolwich. He has sent pay and slop books, and brought the ship to Woolwich, put out his guns and stores and only empty casks and a little bread remain on board. He hopes to get to Deptford today as desired by the owners and requests a warrant for the Master Attendant to help get the rest out as he has no men left on board except the officers.
