On the 2d Instant (1747), his Majesty's Ship the Monmouth, commanded by Captain Henry Harrison, brought into Plymouth a French Privateer of 20 carriage and 8 swivel guns, and 136 men, called the Count de Maurepas which she took on the 19th of last Month, after a chace of 3 days.
