Jugement du 4 janvier 1704 , confirmant les rançons prélevées par le chevalier de Beaune , commandant la frégate la Mutine , sur les vaisseaux la Societé et la Réformation , de Whitehaven , la Marie Sarra et la Bretagne , de Bristol , le Maryland , de Plymouth et le Brescar .

Jugement comfirmant la rançon de 100 livres sterling prélevée par le chevalier de Beaune sur le vaisseau le Truel , de
Londres , 21 janvier 1704 (6 février) .
