Not inconsistant, just the only mention we know if is in 1663. Therefore the only dates of existance we are sure of are those given, sometime in 1663 to March 1663.
Probably it did exist before, but we have no evidence for that, anything else would be pure guess work.

The date in which the ship was acquired seems to be unconsistent. Acquired and disarmed the same year?
