Travels in Buenos Ayres, and the Adjacent Provinces of the Rio de la Plata [1828] [page 217] has lists of the navies of Brazil and the United Provinces of the Río de la Plata (they were at war at the time). The Piranga is listed as a 62 gun frigate in the Río de la Plata.

She was União. Launched around 1815. Complated 14 Nav 1817.
Became 1822 Brazilian Piranga (modern form: Ipiranga)
