Jugement du Conseil des Prises du 16/04/1708 , portant main-levee du vaisseau "l'Elisabeth" , de Dublin , muni d'un passeport du Roi pour aller de La Rochelle à Dublin , pris le 07/01/1708 au travers de Waterford , par le Sieur Cassard , commandant la frégate la "Duchesse Anne" et après lui avoir tiré plusieurs coups de canon , conduit à Perros-Guirrec par le Sieur Hays, officier sur ladite frégate .
