Jugement du Conseil des Prises du 11/04/1712 , declarant main-levee au profit du Sieur Dulivet , de Nantes , proprietaire , du vaisseau "l'Espérance" , de Brest , commandé par Nicolas Welch , allant de Brest à Marseille , chargé de sardines , pris le 20/01/1712 par le corsaire le "Saint-Georges" , de Guernesey , repris le lendemain par le Sieur Battement , commandant la frégate le "Pot" , de Dunkerque et les Sieurs Delatre et Duval , commandants les frégates la "Revange" et la "Sultane" .
