Notice is hereby given to the Officers and Company of  His Majesty's late Ship Repulse, James Alms, Esq; Commander, who were actually on board on the 5th March 1 800, (in company with His Majesty's Ship Agamemnon,) at the capture of the La Sophie French Brig, that a distribution of the net proceeds of the full and cargo of the said vessel will be made on Thursday the 14th Day of May next, at No. 14, Surrey-Street, Strand; and the shares not then demanded will be recalled at the same place the first thursday in every month for 3 years to come.
