According to Winfield & Roberts (French Warships in the Age of Sail 1626-1786), "She completed a refit at Toulon in December 1683 and was renamed Trompeuse in March 1684. She had a crew of 30 men and was pierced with a total of fourteen gunports. She was given by the King [Louis XIV] to the Dey of Algiers in April 1685."
