According to the UK National Archives, Yeoman of the Powder Room John Tozer (linked on this site) was posted to HMS Defiance on 16 April 1806 from the HMS Resolve, and after having served on the HMS Belleisle from 1 September 1802 to 9 January 1806, including serving at Trafalgar.
