Lieutenant Governor Stede to Lords of Trade and Plantations. The Treaty of Neutrality and the royal orders thereupon are lately come to my hand. I have ordered Captain George Beach, of H.M.S. Mary Rose (Captain John Temple being dead) to publish it in St. Lucia; St. Vincent, and Dominica.

Letter dated 19 March 1687
