Account of a Court Martial held on the Albemarle at Blackstakes before Sir George Rooke, Admiral of the Blue and 12 named Captains. Enquiry into the loss of the St Albans, Captain Thomas Gillam Commander, which was driven ashore in foul weather while attempting to make for harbor, while guided by the Sheerness frigate, the court finds that neither 1st Lieutenant Edward Owen, nor any of the Officers or crew were wanting in their duties.
