I have copies of two orders dated 1828 from Admiral C Fleeming to J B L Hay Lieut Commanding H.M. Schooner Monkey both of which relate to a ship SkipJack. In the 1st JBL Hay is required to supply Skijpjack with his Steam Anchor and the 2nd take on board 4 men lent from the Skipjack. I find no trace of a SkipJack later than the 1812 here mentioned.
