Nations

Threedeck's uses the concept of a nation as one of it's methods of categorising ships and personel.

Unfortunately the real world does not maintain a nice linear version of a nation, so we have included various ways of identyfying 'Ownership', not just of ships and people, but of places as well.

This isn't yet complete, but we a re along way towards it. If anyone out there spots any glairing errors please let us know.
